Commercial Litigation Solicitor - London/Wimbledon - Legal 500

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join the firm’s highly regarded Dispute Resolution team in Wimbledon.

You will work independently and alongside senior colleagues, handling high-value, complex disputes for a diverse client base, including businesses, professional services firms and high-net-worth individuals.

Our client is a well-established but modern law firm with ambitious growth plans. Known for delivering high-quality, strategic, and commercially focused legal advice, the firm prides itself on fostering long-term client relationships and provides a collaborative and supportive working environment.

With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to innovation, the firm combines the expertise and resources of a large practice with the approachability of a smaller firm.

You will be managing a caseload of commercial litigation matters, including:

- Contractual disputes

- Advising on shareholder and partnership disputes

- Professional negligence claims

- Construction disputes

- Alternative dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration

Requirements:

- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 6 years PQE

- Strong experience handling complex, high-value cases in the High Court

- Experience in interim applications, case management conferences and injunctive relief applications

- A proactive approach to business development, networking, and client growth
