Job Title: Commercial Mortgage Broker
Location: Remote
Our client is an innovative company who have developed their own software and business in order to make commercial, development and bridging finance a much smoother process. They have had some amazing success with this platform and are now in a position to train mortgage advisor in the commercial space.
This is a self-employed role, so ideally you need to have a partial client bank in regulated mortgages. No previous commercial experience or clients are needed. You will be converting the company’s commercial leads into deals.
Experience Required to Become a Commercial Mortgage Broker here;
- At least 2 years experience as a mortgage broker, CeMAP and CAS required.
- Must have some clients to bring with you, these can be regulated or unregulated mortgage leads
- Experience dealing with commercial clients is advantageous but not essential.
