Commercial Operations Project Manager

Contract opportunity to join a global business, sitting in the Commercial Programmes Team, responsible for building affordability programmes for Retail. This team designs and delivers market leading affordability programmes that drive on-going customer purchases.

  • Manage the delivery of Compliance and Regulatory projects and activities
  • Co-ordinate Commercial Programmes roadmap, including tracking changes and milestones
  • Provide in-depth analysis of performance
  • Managing and developing reporting dashboards
  • Support the team's execution of critical backend processes
  • Support the processing of quarterly/monthly invoices with internal teams and external vendors
  • Build and maintain strong cross functional relationships which are critical for day to day and product launch operational execution

Key Qualifications/Experience:

  • Extensive Project Management experience
  • Proven track record managing the operations of consumer-facing programmes
  • Self starter, with an ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Continually identify opportunities to enhance operational processes and procedures to drive efficiency and programme resilience
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data and information, identify trends and problem statements to support the development of innovative solutions and strategies
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Demonstrable experience balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders
  • Committed to continuous improvement using data driven insights
