Our client is a specialist in the design and build of process systems. Their main areas of expertise include cleanroom design & build, process pipework services and effluent treatment. Clients range from multi-national food & beverage companies to pharmaceutical & biotechnology conglomerates, semiconductor fabricators and automobile manufacturers & more. Currently expanding their workshop and office facilities to accommodate a higher volume of projects, they seek a Commercial Process Engineer.
As Commercial Process Engineer, you will:
- Lead new builds and modifications to existing client plants
- Manage technical queries coming into the Engineering Office
- Project manage orders in excess of £5m
- Prepare bids & tenders
- Enter into commercial negotiations with customers
- Implement change management
- Coach & mentor your team
- Develop new business
As Commercial Process Engineer, you will need:
- Preferably a MEng in Process Engineering or a MSc or qualified by experience
- Strong people development ethos
- Experience of Pipework, pump systems and HVAC design, fabrication and installation
- Experience producing P&IDs, Gas, detailed designs and fabrication drawings
- Conversance with design and function of control systems
- Industrial design and installation experience
- Experience of Project Management (preferably Prince qualified)
- Experience preparing bids & tenders
- Procurement & estimating experience
- Competence in Inventor or Revit
