Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and other internal stakeholders to streamline key commercial processes.
  • Lead and manage various commercial initiatives aimed at enhancing revenue growth and expansion to new verticals.
  • Conduct market research and engage with clients to understand their needs and gather insights for market expansion and process improvements.
  • Work closely with Commercial Analysts to define and meet data requirements for reporting.
  • Prepare and present project updates and performance reports to Senior Management. Opportunity to build out the project management function within the Sales team, creating efficient workflows and robust project management practices. 

Education & Experience

Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role within a comparable industry. Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement. 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to find uniformity in chaos and work effectively in a start-up environment.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyse data and leverage it for decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to working with various stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365) and project management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
