Full-Time - Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours
Basic Salary: £40,000.00 to £56,000.00 Per Annum
Location: Leicester

Due to even further growth plans, a fantastic opportunity has risen for a Site Project Manager to effectively manage end to end site projects ranging from 20k to 3 million from client order through to completion.
As a Site Project Manager, you will:
- Manage and supervise the design internally and externally
- Liaise with Architects, subcontractors and contractors as a Site Project Manager
- Maintain client relationships through regular communication on projects
- Ensure equipment and plant machinery is ordered and on site within timescales
- Effectively manage budget and supervise purchases within a timely manner.
- To achieve sign off with client and issue completion certificates as a Site Project Manager
- Attend sites within the M25 Corridor as a Site Project Manager as and when required.
Site Project Manager candidate:
- It is ESSENTIAL that you hold a CSCS Black Card or Gold Card
- It is ESSENTIAL to hold a SMSTS
- Previous experience as Site Project Manager ideally within the Construction industry or, other related industries.
- Willingness & flexibility to approx. travel twice per week up to the M25 Corridor
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to work autonomously with own diary management
- Self-driven and motivated
- Ability to multi task and prioritise
