I am currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Lawyer in North Yorkshire. This role provides a great opportunity to join a leading law firm with numerous awards.
The role and duties:
  • Maintain clients as well as develop new business
  • Dealing with a range of commercial property transactions including business and property sales and purchases, commercial leases, property development, refinancing and mortgages of commercial property (acting for both borrowers and lenders).
  • & more when required
The successful candidate will have an established network of business connections, you will have a professional manor at all times. Leadership and business experience would be an additional advantage, as would be a 360 vision of how the department can become more efficient and profitable whilst striving to ensure we have a motivated, efficient and well-trained team.
