Commercial Real Estate Lawyer (5 years+)

Are you a driven and client-focused solicitor with a passion for commercial property law? A leading firm recognised for its excellence and innovative approach to commercial property law across Scotland is seeking a talented Commercial Real Estate Lawyer with at least 5 years' PQE to join its esteemed team in Edinburgh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and leases
  • Oversee lease agreements and provide support for portfolio management
  • Engage directly with clients, contributing to relationship-building and business development initiatives
  • Collaborate within a dynamic team focused on high-quality client service and market growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years' PQE in commercial property law
  • Strong client-service orientation and proactive approach
  • Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Openness to innovative working practices and adaptability to various client needs
  • Genuine passion for making a positive impact within the team and wider community
