Our client is a well-established and modern Dorset-based law firm based in Ferndown, are looking for a Legal Assistant join an expanding office to provide support for a fee earner in commercial and residential property.

This is an office-based role, full time.  Parking is available. 

The commercial property & residential conveyancing team manage a wide client base including property developers, owners and investors for all aspects of commercial property work including sales, and purchases, of an extensive range of land and property types and landlord and tenant work. As well as all aspects of residential conveyancing matters. 

They are looking for Assistants to support their team of fee earners, providing administrative support across a range of cases. They are also seeking an experienced individual, who is motivated by a busy workload and can evidence proficiency in working with various versions of lengthy legal documents.

In order to be considered for this role, you must have 1+ years’ experience as a Legal Assistant or your application will not be considered. 

Residential Conveyancing or Commercial Property experience is also a must in order to apply.
