Role: Commercial Property Locum Solicitor
Location: Hull
Duration: 3 months (potential for extension)
Salary: £55,000 - £75,000
Office based? Hybrid Working Available

Are you a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor seeking a flexible, short-term opportunity? We have an exciting locum position available with a well-respected firm of solicitors in Hull.

Role Overview:
As a Commercial Property Locum Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and development work. This role requires a high level of expertise and the ability to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handling commercial property transactions from inception to completion
* Advising clients on property law and related matters
* Drafting and negotiating contracts and lease agreements
* Conducting due diligence and managing risk
* Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors

Candidate Requirements:

* Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in commercial property law
* Proven experience in managing a varied caseload independently
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
