Commercial Property Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Manager to join one of the most respected property consultancies in the South West. Based from our clients' Exeter office. Our client carries out a broad range of work, from Building Surveying to Property Management through to Valuation work, for a variety of clients in the South West. The Commercial Property Manager will be managing a mixed portfolio surrounding the Exeter office inclusive of; retail, food & beverage, industrial, offices etc. This is a diverse and expanding role involving hands on management as well as dealing with all aspects of property management from Client reporting, Landlord/Tenant liaison and appointment of contractors through to rent collection and service charge administration.

• Prior experience managing a commercial property portfolio
• Service Charge experience
• Ideally Assoc RICS or MRICS qualified- flexible if qualified via experience
• Full driving licence
