A well-established leading Legal 500 law firm based in Bournemouth is seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to support experienced fee-earners within a busy team. 

Duties will include:

  • Assisting with all aspects of file and case handling, including checking Leases 
  • Preparing and checking legal documents to include drafting a wide range of documents including Leases, Transfers, Report on Title
  • General audio/copy typing and dealing with client enquiries'
  • Preparation of stamp duty forms
  • Assisting other fee earners in the department with general running of their files
  • Completing land registry applications and conducting searches
  • Overseeing complex exchanges and completions

The successful candidate will join a well-respected firm at a significant time in its development. You will benefit from working within a friendly team, that prides itself on being meticulous and hard-working.

To be considered for this role, you must have 1+ year’s experience as a Paralegal or your application will not be considered. You must also have experience in either Residential Conveyancing or Commercial Property within a law firm to apply.
