Service Care Legal are currently working alongside a Legal 500 Leading Firm, based in the East Midlands, whihc is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work in a boutique practice offering a suite of business law solutions to commercial clients.

ROLE: Commercial Property Paralegal

LOCATION: East Midlands - hybrid working

SALARY: £22,000 to £27,000

Responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of commercial property law
  • Work on sales, purchases, leases, corporate support work, development work, and high-value residential conveyancing
  • Provide excellent service to commercial clients

Requirements

  • Experience working in commercial property law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
