COMMERCIAL PROPERTY PARALEGAL:
This well-regarded firm has an exceptional opportunity available for a talented Commercial Property Paralegal. Applications are sought from Commercial Property Paralegals with a minimum of 1 years’ experience of a similar role. You will support and work closely with Solicitors within the firms busy Commercial Property team. You will assist with a broad range of matters such as leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals, undertaking necessary searches, drafting, and approving leases, exchanges, and completion/ post completion related correspondence. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience from talented professionals in commercial law.
