The Role

Generate leads from commercial property owners

Provide an accurate valuation and professional advice

Impleent a modern marketing strategy

Negotiate on the clients behalf

See the transaction through to a successful completion

We Provide

Training, support, marketing material, technology, systems, processes, and strategies. Everything you need to be successful.

Earnings

Receive 70% of the fees you generate. Based on an average fee of £12,000,youwill earn £8,400 per transaction. So just 12 transactions per year will give an income of £100,000. Higher fees and more transactions will increase income dramatically. Uncapped earnings!

Must have experience with sales, letting, and valuing commercial property.
