This leading firm is searching for a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 2 to 5 years of experience to join their expansive team of real estate experts based in their Tunbridge Wells office.

• A genuine passion and drive, together with commerciality, to specialise in commercial property
• At least two years of experience within a recognised commercial property team

The work will encompass property portfolio management, commercial landlord and tenant, residential and commercial development, development finance, rural and agricultural property, and secured lending. You'll then have the opportunity to specialise in your chosen field once you've established the area of commercial property that brings you the most enjoyment and satisfaction.
