The Firm & Team
The firm's Commercial Property department, acts for a diverse client base, including investors, developers, and corporate occupiers, housebuilders, landowners, and commercial landlords & tenants
The team handles a full spectrum of commercial property matters, such as:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial leases (acting for landlords and tenants)
- Development projects
- Property finance and secured lending
- Land promotion and option agreements
- General property management matters
Due to increasing demand and a rapidly growing caseload, the firm is looking to recruit at all levels.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor (all PQE levels considered)
- Experience in commercial property transactions
- Strong client management and business development skills
