Description

• Providing legal advice to clients on property-related matters
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial property agreements
• Conducting research on legal issues and providing legal updates to clients
• Representing clients in property disputes and negotiations
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
• Maintaining client confidentiality and professional discretion at all times
• Collaborating with other members of the Secretarial & Business Support department
• Contributing to the overall success of the company by meeting or exceeding assigned performance targets

Profile

A successful Commercial Property Solicitor should have:

• A degree in Law or a related field
• Admission to practice law in the United Kingdom
• Strong knowledge of property law
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A proactive and organised approach to work
• A commitment to providing high-quality client service
