Hybrid Working Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive - This can be offered up to salaried partner level  

This very well respected commercial property team is looking to expand and add an additional solicitor, legal executive or partner to its busy department.

What will you do? 

You will be able to run a caseload of Commercial Property matters. Advise on either a broad caseload including all of the below, OR specialise in: 

• House builder matters (Mainly regional & SME housebuilders & developers) 
• Advising the "third sector" not for profit organisations, co-operatives & social enterprise corporate entities 
• Corporate occupier's (high profile, regional & London based) 
• Support clients through site acquisition and strategic land assembly
• Handle your own broad caseload of sales, purchases, leases, lease management and bank finance work 

What will you need? 

• To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
• Ideally at least 4 years PQE within commercial property 
• Some development experience would be helpful, but not essential  
• You will enjoy working as a team  
• Being involved in business development is not essential for this role - you will not be included in marketing activities if you do not enjoy it!
