A leading Legal 500 firm in Berkshire is seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 2 year + PQE to join their thriving team.

About the Opportunity:

* This is an excellent opportunity to join a distinguished Legal 500 firm in Hertfordshire, renowned for delivering exceptional legal services to clients across the region. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role within the firm, handling a variety of commercial property matters.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and development projects.
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial property agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
* Liaising with clients, external parties, and colleagues to facilitate smooth and efficient transaction processes.
* Providing support to senior solicitors and partners on complex commercial property matters as required.

Requirements:

* Qualified solicitor with 2 year + PQE
* Proficiency in commercial property transactions
* Strong communication, negotiation, and organisation skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cohesive team
