JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 2+ PQE
LOCATION: Northamptonshire
SALARY: £45,000 plus (DOE).

OVERVIEW:
• Due to expansion, the legal 500 rated team of this regional practice is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to undertake a varied caseload of commercial property matters.
• The team cover the broad remit of commercial property matters and the appointed Commercial Property Lawyer will be gaining exposure to a wide variety of real estate matters including leases, development matters, option agreements, overage and promotion agreements to name but a few matters.
• You will be handling your own caseload and also be expected to play an active role in assisting to grow and develop the team further.
• Clear path for career progression along with a supportive and collaborative team environment with a genuine work -life balance.
• If you have at least 2 years PQE in dealing with your own caseload of commercial property matters and are looking for firm where you build and develop your career or specialise in specific area of commercial property as the team grows then this could be the role you have been waiting for.
