Commercial Property Solicitor - Hybrid Role- Buckinghamshire

Hybrid working or Work from home

2-4 Years PQE

Salary: Competitive, DOE

As a valued member of our team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advising clients on a range of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases. This dynamic position requires a self-starter with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property law, possessing strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle complex transactions independently.

Responsibilities:

Advising clients on commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating lease agreements and other property documents.
Conducting due diligence on property transactions and providing expert advice.
Handling property portfolio management matters, including lease renewals and rent reviews.
Assisting with property finance transactions, including refinancing and loan security work.
Liaising with other departments and teams within the firm on related matters.
Actively generating new business for the Firm.
Building and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships.
Identifying and initiating cross-selling opportunities.
Taking responsibility for personal and professional development and ensuring compliance with compulsory professional education requirements.
Assisting with the supervision of support staff within the department and encouraging their development and training.

Requirements:

2-4 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property law.
Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law and the ability to handle complex transactions independently.
A self-starter with a passion for business development and a desire to enhance business development skills.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
The ability to work as part of a team and develop relationships with clients and other professionals.
The successful applicant, already an experienced commercial property solicitor, will be looking for career development. As a successful applicant, you will bring your own intermediaries and contacts in the property sector. Experience with Residential Conveyancing would be advantageous.
