Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Location: Basingstoke
Work Arrangement: Full-time, Office-based

About Our Client
Our client is a leading law firm with a strong reputation for providing exceptional legal services in the commercial property sector. Our Commercial Property team is known for its expertise, client-focused approach, and dedication to achieving the best outcomes for our clients. We are looking to expand our team with a talented and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations.
- Advise clients on all aspects of commercial property law, including development projects, landlord and tenant matters, and property finance.
- Draft and review a variety of legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
- Conduct thorough due diligence, including title investigations and property searches.
- Negotiate and liaise with clients, developers, agents, and other parties involved in transactions.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring their interests are effectively represented and protected.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in commercial property law and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Mentor and support junior members of the team, contributing to their professional development.

Qualifications and Experience
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE.
- Proven track record of experience in all fields of commercial property work.
- Excellent knowledge of commercial property law and procedures.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using legal practice management software and other relevant technology.
