Well-established law firm with an international reach are looking for an experienced Commercial property Solicitor to join their Warwickshire office.

Within this Commercial Property Solicitor role, you will be working on a mixed and varied caseload of:

• Company formations
• Management buy ins and buy outs
• Commercial property contracts
• Sales and purchases
• Restructuring
• Acquisitions
• Joint ventures
• Business and Shareholder Agreements

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a renowned legal practice and gain fantastic exposure to both Commercial and Residential Property matters.

The successful candidate will ideally have 3+ years' PQE, is ambitious, can work well as part of and supporting a wider team and has excellent client care skills.
