Commercial Property Solicitor

A prestigious legal firm based in Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-quality property matters, including investment, development, and construction projects, ensuring the protection and success of client investments.

The Commercial Property Solicitor's Role

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be responsible for advising a variety of clients on both commercial and residential property matters (excluding residential conveyancing). This includes working with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, investors, and developers. You will manage a mixed caseload from start to finish and support senior fee earners with their cases. Key tasks will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, site acquisitions, disposals, development, property finance, and corporate support work.

The Commercial Property Solicitor

We are looking for Commercial Property Solicitors with ideally 2-5 years PQE, who have experience in a busy private practice team dealing with non-contentious property work. Candidates should possess strong academic backgrounds and have experience within well-respected law firms. Specific requirements include:

• Experience in advising on commercial and residential property matters.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently.
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating contracts for sale, transfers, leases, agreements for lease, licences, guarantees, and legal charges.
• Strong communication skills to guide clients through negotiations and ensure their investments are future-proof.
