A reputable legal firm in Falkirk is seeking a proactive and dynamic Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 1-year PQE to join their property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in high-value property transactions and client-facing roles to make a significant impact in a supportive and friendly work environment.

Day to day of the role:
  • Managing your own caseload of commercial property matters including transactions and leases. 
  • Working on high-value property transactions with precision and expertise.
  • Engaging with clients directly to provide legal advice and services.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless service delivery.
  • Contributing to the firm’s growth by maintaining high standards of legal practice.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 1-year PQE.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing a caseload involving high-value property transactions. 
  • Strong understanding of commercial property law and transactions.
  • Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to build rapport.
  • Proactive and eager to take on new challenges.
  • A clear vision for career progression and personal development.
