Job Title Commercial Property Solicitor

Location: Guildford, Southampton, or London office

Hours: Permanent, Full-time

The Vacancy:

A leading Legal firm with offices across the South-East of England is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their leading Commercial Property team from either their London, Southampton, or Guildford offices.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage your caseload of mixed commercial property matters, building your reputation as an expert.
  • Establish and develop strong professional relationships with referrer contacts, repeat clients, and other teams within the firm.
  • Assist Partners and Senior Associates with complex and high-value instructions, taking charge of day-to-day responsibilities with their support and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in running your caseload of commercial property matters, especially landlord & tenant matters.
  • Estimated 4-6 PQE, suitable for those ready to step into an Associate role and keen to develop further.
