Commercial Property Solicitor

We are working with a leading Essex based law firm who are looking to hire a new Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their team. Ideally that person will have a minimum of 3 years' PQE and experience across a variety of Commercial Property transactions.

This is a genuinely exciting time for the firm, part of a larger PE backed Group who bring substantial investment and ambition, meaning your opportunities for development are greatly enhanced.

Due in a certain respect to the fairly unique dynamics of the firm, there is a new but very well aligned Senior Management team, who are all pulling together to see the greater benefit of the firm overall - meaning there's a great culture and 'togetherness'.

This role will be taking over an existing client caseload, working with a mixed portfolio of clients and a locally highly renowned, prestigious firm, giving you exposure to excellent and interesting work. Plus there's plenty of scope to bring in new clients - you won't be without work!

The firm offers hybrid working, a highly competitive salary (depending on experience of between £50k - £60k) plus bonus, plus one of the best benefits packages in the industry.
