We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded legal 500 firm in West Birmingham. This ambitious and highly successful practice have a strong client base and so enjoy a steady and varied stream of work.

We are looking for an organised, friendly and highly motivated individual to join a busy and high performing team to further develop their skills and provide a quality legal service, assisting clients with commercial property transactions. 

My client is looking for an organised, friendly and ambitious individual to join the successful and rapidly growing team in West Birmingham to provide a high quality service and assist clients with a range of commercial property transactions including:
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Commercial leases
  • Commercial Acquisitions and Disposals
  • Secured Lending
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years PQE handling commercial property transactional work. This is an opportunity to join a firm that values training and development very highly, so your own career development, as well as giving you the opportunity to assist in more junior staff's development, will be a high priority.
