Commercial Property Solicitor - Cambridge/Hybrid Working 

A commercial law firm with a national presence and reputation are looking to recruit an additional Solicitor to their Commercial Real Estate team in Cambridge

The department deals with a range of matters across a range of sectors including things such as:-

-Acquisitions and disposals
-Property finance
-Commercial leases 
- Development Projects
-Landlord and tenant matters

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate at least 1 years PQE in this specialist area.
