Our client is a top Chambers ranked Law firm with offices in London and the Southeast region. It is currently seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor 3+ years’ PQE to join the Head of Department in its expanding Property team based in Oxford.

The role offers you the flexibility of agile working, offering you the option to work part of the week, in the office and at home.
 
The firm is offering work which will involve dealing with a mixed caseload of:

  • Landlord and Tenant work
  • Site Acquisition and property development
  • Secured lending and due diligence work
  • Asset sales and acquisitions advising on opportunities offered by pension funding     

The Commercial Property team works in tandem with property experts in specialist areas which includes Construction, Retail, Agriculture and Healthcare sectors.
 
Ideal candidates will have previously worked at a known Commercial Property practice and hold excellent academic qualifications.
