Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor 4+ PQE
Location: Newport, Flexible Hybrid/Remote working.
Salary: DOE and PQE. Circa £50K - £70K
Hours: Full Time core hours. Flexible start and finish times.
Firm: Legal 500

Highly Ranked Firm is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their reputable, busy, friendly team. This firm gives you the flexibility you need and allows you to work from home. As long as you have a high standard of client care and attend to clients needs, they understand that we don't always need to be present in the office.

This firm offers flexible working and allows you to work from home, but you must be able to commute to the office when required. Client/team meetings etc. This is not a fully remote position.

Day to day duties will include but not limited to;
* You will be joining a team of other property Solicitors, working closely with the head of department, working a complex Real Estate Property caseload as well as other generic commercial property matters.
* Managing high quality, high net client caseload.

ABOUT YOU:
* Friendly, approachable can do attitude.
* Qualified Solicitor or equivalent. Ideally 4+ PQE.
* Experience managing your own caseload of commercial property matters.
* Experience managing complex commercial property files.
* Track record of billing within Commercial Property.
* Ability to work to own initiative, independent as well as part of a team.
