Commercial Property Solicitor - Luton

Location: Luton
Salary: £45,000+ (DOE)

Capio Recruitment is working with a well-established law firm in Luton that is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor. This role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects. The firm has a strong client base and a reputation for delivering high-quality legal services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including sales, purchases, and leases
  • Advising clients on landlord and tenant issues, property finance, and development projects
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents
  • Conducting due diligence, including title reviews and searches
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Supporting business development initiatives and building strong client relationships

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in Commercial Property Law
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial property transactions
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
