Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a new challenge at a well-respected and growing law firm?

A highly regarded firm in Wimbledon is seeking a skilled solicitor with 6+ years PQE to join its established Real Estate team.

The Role

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage a broad commercial property caseload, including: 

  • Acquisitions
  • Disposals
  • Leases
  • Development projects

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years PQE in commercial property law
  • Strong technical expertise and the ability to manage transactions independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent client management and negotiation skills
  • A commercially minded approach with a strong focus on business development
