A Legal 500 recognised Commercial Property department has had a rare opening for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its thriving team, based out of its Kettering office.

The Role

As a Commercial Property Solicitor joining this award-winning team, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of high-quality matters, including:

  • Development land
  • Freehold property
  • Dealing with commercial lenders
  • Agricultural property
  • Option Agreements, Promotion Agreements, and Overage

This is a role with genuine scope for a challenging but supported career. On top of that, you’ll have first-class support from an award-winning marketing team, to assist with business development opportunities.

About You

  • You will be a qualified solicitor (NQ-3 years PQE ideally but candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply) 
  • My client is keen to speak to individuals with strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • You will have the opportunity to work independently, manage your own caseload and have direct client contact from the start to the end of transactions
