Commercial Property Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Gloucester, £Competitive (DOE) – A new role has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a new challenge in their career. JOB REF:TL9453A

• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will be responsible for a diverse caseload of property transactions including acquisitions and disposals, leasehold matters and development projects.
• You will also have expertise in handling landlord and tenant issues, property finance matters, and commercial licences.
• You will deliver exceptional client service and will have the ability to develop strong client relationships.
• You will have exceptional communication, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
