THE ROLE: The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will handle a broad caseload of commercial property matters including advising on and drafting commercial leases and licenses, sales, disposals and management of leasehold and freehold properties. The work includes complex leases and HNW matters undertaken for clients across a variety of sectors including the leisure and food industries. This is an exciting and challenging role in a busy department where there is a continual flow of work.
THE CANDIDATE: The chosen Commercial Property Solicitor will ideally have at circa 5+ years’ PQE experience, with the ability to confidently advise clients, many of whom have been with the firm for many years. Working alongside the Commercial Property Partner this role is an excellent opportunity to utilise your previous experience and develop your expertise.
