The Opportunity
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with the Commercial Property Partner on a wide range of matters for a diverse client base, including:
- SMEs and Limited Companies in sectors like retail and IT
- Small banks and building societies
- Occasional high-net-worth residential property transactions, referred from business clients
Your Caseload Will Include
- Sales, purchases and transfers of commercial property
- Landlord and Tenant matters, including lease negotiations
- Investment and development projects
- Handling leasehold and freehold transactions
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will be:
- A qualified solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in commercial property law
- Confident in managing a varied caseload independently
- Skilled in building and maintaining client relationships
- Proactive, with a strong focus on business development and growing the department
