As a Commercial Solicitor, you'll manage a diverse caseload, advising on intricate legal issues and playing a crucial role in shaping public service operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Navigate Complexity: Manage and advise on a varied and complex commercial caseload with minimal supervision.
• Contract Mastery: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Public Procurement Expertise: Provide guidance on public procurement regulations, tendering processes, and contract management.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to drive effective decision-making and liaise with external legal counsel.
• Mentorship: Support and mentor junior legal colleagues, exemplifying the high quality of legal work expected.

You’re Perfect for This Role If:

• Qualified Professional: You are a Solicitor, CILEX lawyer, or barrister with extensive experience in commercial law.
• Excellent Communicator: You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to negotiate and draft with precision.
• Autonomous & Innovative: You thrive working autonomously on complex projects, demonstrating innovative problem-solving skills
• Team Player: You work effectively both independently and as part of a team, engaging with staff at all levels and fostering productive relationships.
