Commercial Solicitor - Leicester 

A legal 500 commercial practice is looking to recruit an additional lawyer to their commercial team in Leicester.

The commercial team at this firm advised a range of sectors including the leisure and hospitality sector, retail, logistics and financial services sectors.

The work the team undertakes is varied and may include things such as:-

  • Conditions of sale and purchase for goods and services
  • Exclusivity agreements
  • R&D agreements
  • Digital and e-commerce trading terms
  • Franchising agreements
  • Framework agreements
  • Hospitality and catering contracts
  • Sponsorship agreements
  • Managed service contracts
  • Supply agreements
  • Outsourcing arrangements
  • Procurement contracts
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate at least 2 years experience in dealing with commercial matters such as those listed above.
