COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR, NEWLY QUALIFIED, WEST YORKSHIRE, SALARY UP TO £47,000. Exciting opportunity for a Newly Qualified Lawyer to join a public sector organisation within their Contracts and Commercial Team, offering a diverse range of commercial work. Job ref: 6825

The ideal Commercial Solicitor or Legal Executive will be responsible for delivering comprehensive legal services covering procurement, contracts, commercial, and corporate law, among other areas, to a broad range of stakeholders.

•The appointed Lawyer will be responsible for drafting a range of legal documents, including reports, tender documents, and contracts. This includes framework agreements, IT agreements, social care agreements, and contracts related to building and civil engineering projects.

•The organisation is considering Newly Qualified Solicitors with experience in commercial law.

•Company secretarial duties may also form part of this role along with support in connection with litigation, tribunals and other dispute resolution.
