Are you an underwriter looking for a new challenge or an underwriter who feels they are undervalued and want to work for an insurer who cares and develops their staff and vary rarely loses them.

You can be experienced or junior as there are roles at all levels.

The best past is this is because the business is growing not backfilling staff, in fact the last person who left this business came back after 6 months as they realised they had made a mistake!

You will be aligned to a panel of brokers and tasked with proactively developing their account in both new business and renewals.

This is also a hybrid role with a mix of office and home working.
The classes of business you will deal with will be cross class so having experience in property and casualty would be ideal.

Size of premiums can be anything up to £250m turnover with premiums ranging from £10k-£1m with average around £20k.
