My client is a highly successful, award winning onsite Commercial Upholstery Repair Service servicing the Leisure, Healthcare and Hospitality industries. They are currently working very closely with some of the UK’s leading brands within their sector including all leading leisure and gym establishments and Healthcare providers on a national level. Currently experiencing a very exciting period of growth, they wish to appoint several experienced Upholsterer 's or Upholstery & Furniture Service Technicians as well as Regional Upholstery Technician Manager 's to help grow their business and maintain their position at the top. Commercial Upholsterer / Upholstery & Furniture Technician Role Purpose:

As a Commercial Upholsterer or Mobile Upholstery Service Technician, you will play a critical role as a frontline representative of the company. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality on-site furniture and upholstery repairs, ensuring that their brand standards and customer satisfaction are consistently met. The role requires the ability to operate independently, think critically in dynamic field environments, and execute tasks with precision and professionalism.

Commercial Upholsterer / Upholstery & Furniture Technician Key Responsibilities:

• Perform furniture repairs and upholstery restoration to a high standard on customer premises or within a mobile workshop environment.
• Maintain and upkeep your mobile workshop to the highest standards
• Maintain mobile workshop stock levels ensuring adequate stock for each job is available
• Use the companies mobile app for productivity tracking and accurate recording of all work completed (Full training provided).
• Ensure all work aligns with required quality and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and resolving
• issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain punctuality and adherence to scheduled appointments.

Commercial Upholsterer / Upholstery Technician Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in upholstery, including hands-on repairs and restoration.
• Familiarity with sewing machines and related equipment (training provided if
• required).
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field without supervision
• Full UK driving licence (required).

Occasional overnight stays may be required but this will be discussed before, and all accommodation and meal costs will be provided and technicians compensated, in the rare occasion this be required.
