We are looking for an experienced and driven Community Safety Partnership Co-Ordinator for a 12-week temporary assignment.
Based at our Campus East Office (AL8 7PH), you will:
* Cultivate strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
* Utilize your expertise to navigate sensitive situations and engage with members of the public with empathy and professionalism.
* Manage projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
Do you have what it takes? Top 5 Requirements:
1. Degree or equivalent qualification/experience in community safety, criminal justice, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of successfully developing and delivering multi-agency projects using sound project management principles.
3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with diverse individuals and groups.
4. Sensitivity to safety-related issues and the resilience to handle encounters with potentially distressed individuals.
5. Practical experience utilizing various consultation and engagement methods appropriate for community safety initiatives.
