What's involved?

This role would ideally suit an experienced Commi chef who is looking for their next step up in the kitchen or even an experienced Commi Chef looking for a new challenge. You will be working very closely with the Chef team, supporting him in the day to day running of this busy kitchen. The ideal Commi chef must be experienced with working with fresh local produce, as well as working in a fast-paced environment without compromising standards.
