Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for an experienced Commissioning Engineer who is qualified in electrical installation/electronic engineering to NVQ level 3 or similar. The client is a well-established, privately owned engineering company based in High Wycombe but this is a field based role and will require travelling and staying away from home for periods during the week.

GBP35,000 - GBP37,000 per annum DOE
Full time, 40 hours per week
Company vehicle
Driving licence is essential

The main duties of the Commissioning Engineering are:
· Commission and perform routine planned preventative maintenance.
· Troubleshoot and conduct performance checks on the companys range of products.
· Travel to sites, liaise with end users and contractors to conduct required works efficiently.
· Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the companys health and safety and quality procedures.
· Completing reports and paperwork.
· All necessary tools and equipment will be provided.

The requirements of the Commissioning Engineer are:
· Proven experience as a commissioning engineer.
· Understanding of the implementation of safety regulations.
· SSSTS/SMSTS is preferable but must be a CSCS blue skilled worker holder as a minimum.
· Qualified to NVQ level 3 or similar as a minimum in electrical engineering.
· A working technical knowledge of engineering products would be desirable.
