Commissioning Operations Manager – Care Homes
Salary: £60,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Commissioning Operations Manager to lead the successful opening and operational delivery of our client’s new care homes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about driving excellence in care, filling occupancy, and establishing a strong local market presence.
What We’re Looking For
Professional Registration: RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) with active NMC registration.
Leadership Experience: Proven leadership in a care home or healthcare operations setting.
Commissioning Background: Strong background in opening new services or turning around underperforming facilities.
Financial Acumen: Excellent knowledge of budgeting, financial oversight, and cost control.
Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of care sector regulations and industry standards.
Team Management: Skilled in staff leadership, motivation, and team development.
Communication Skills: Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Analytical Thinking: Comfortable using data to inform decisions and drive improvements.
Care Quality Focus: Passionate about delivering high-quality care and enhancing lives.
Driving Licence: Must hold a full UK driving licence.
