About the role

This is an exciting role working at the heart of our client's company. A major business transformation programme which got underway in January, working as part of our evolving People Engagement & Communications team

The ideal candidate for our client will be experienced transformation / change communications professional who can hit the ground running and make a real difference.

What you'll be doing

  • Act as a trusted communications partner to change and transformation projects
  • Develop and deliver communications and engagement plans for key business internal campaigns
  • Deliver events programmes, working with the Head of People Engagement & Communications / Communications & Engagement Lead and key stakeholders to develop
  • Be part of the central People Engagement & Communications team and work with team colleagues to deliver creative, engaging content on the programme
  • Measure engagement with and understanding of the programme and its benefits for colleagues and the business, and satisfaction with specific change communications
