Venn Group are currently partnered with a large healthcare organisation in the North-West area who urgently require a fulltime Communications Manager.

The key role responsibilities are:

• Contribute to the delivery of communication strategies led by the Head of Communications – Internal and Strategic Transformation for large-scale transformation and strategic programmes by managing the development and implementation of communications plans and campaigns both internally and externally as the lead person in this area.

• Plan, deliver and evaluate communications plans for high-impact transformation programmes, working closely with corporate and clinical colleagues at all levels to help to develop engaging content.

• Produce a range of communications materials and messages including progress updates on programme activity, short video and animation scrips and storyboards, and engaging presentations on complex subjects for internal and external audiences.

• Develop and contribute to communication policies as appropriate.

• Organise and/or support visits as required, including outside of normal working hours.

• Design publications, presentations, and progress briefing using word, excel and PowerPoint and within brand guidelines.

• Manage work with external providers including logistics, budget and creative input to develop printed materials, films and animations, and digital assets.
