We are seeking an Executive Communications Manager to support our team. This role focuses on enhancing and protecting our reputation as a global leader in Crop Protection through strategic internal and external communications for the President global agrichemical business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage key strategic projects, including executive positioning at trade shows, media events, social media, and townhalls.
  • Support quarterly financial reporting and the rollout of our refreshed business strategy.
  • Craft executive presentations, letters, video messages, social media posts, briefings, and other communications materials.
  • Collect and analyse information to develop concise and comprehensive messages for various stakeholders.
  • Transform business topics into engaging communications using presentations, articles, videos, infographics, and social media.
  • Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams to coordinate integrated communications approaches.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, public affairs, or public relations.
  • University diploma in communications, journalism, public affairs, marketing, or a comparable degree.
  • High level of strategic thinking and tactical delivery.
  • Creativity in transforming scientific and business topics into powerful communications.
  • Strong networking and communication skills.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of the agriculture industry is desirable but not essential.
